Privacy

The short version

This site doesn't track you. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no advertising or cross-site cookies. The site itself collects no personal data, and nothing is sold or shared.

What the host sees

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details — such as the page requested and your browser type — in its server logs, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose; they don't identify you or follow you to other sites. Cloudflare's handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). From those logs, the site sees aggregate traffic, not a profile of you.

During an attack, Cloudflare may show a brief security check before the site loads; it runs only to confirm you're human and doesn't track you.

Search engines

The site is registered with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools so it can be found in search. They report how the site appears in search results, in aggregate. They're verified through DNS, place nothing on these pages, and don't track you here.

Share links

The share links under each essay are plain links. Nothing is sent anywhere until you click one; then you're on that platform, under its own privacy policy.

What this site never asks for

There's no contact form, comment section, newsletter, or account. The site never asks for your name or email address.

Your data

This site keeps no personal data: no accounts, no mailing list, no logs of its own. There's nothing here to look up, correct, or delete. The only record of your visit is in Cloudflare's server logs, described above, and Cloudflare handles requests about those under its own privacy policy.

Changes

If any of this changes, this page will be updated first.
